International Shipping

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Approximate Shipping Times

(Does not include weekends or public holidays)

  • a) USA: approximately 3–8 business days (tracking system available)
  • b) Rest of the World: approximately 3–12 business days (tracking system availability varies)

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the estimated time frame. We are unable to control shipping times or unexpected delays en-route, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. In such cases, we will ship out a replacement package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days.

Delays are more common during the busy holiday season (November–December), promotional periods, or other exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of logistics partners and carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. The specific carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location, the size and weight of your order, and current carrier availability. Because we operate on a dropshipping model, your order is fulfilled directly by our supplier and dispatched through their logistics network. You will receive tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and dispatched to the carrier).

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Processing time may occasionally take longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before processing, a transaction fee of $20 per order applies if cancelled within 30 minutes of placement.
